Nowadays,analytical chemists are facing with the challenge of an increasing demand for fast,efficient,and environmentally friendly separation protocols [1].During the past decades,monolithic columns have been developed rapidly for their advantages of low back pressure drop,fast mass-transfer,simple preparation,and versatile modes to be modified.The monolithic columns have been widely used in high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) [2-5].
