本文探讨了用金属型铸造、在铸态下获得高铬铸铁屈氏体磨球的可能性,阐述了屈氏体磨球化学成份的选择原则、金相组织和机械性能的特点。试验证明:金属型铸造高铬铸铁屈氏体磨球综合机械性能好,耐磨性高,球耗量在50~90克/吨水泥范围内,比40Cr球的耐磨性高三倍多,是普通锻钢球的十倍以上。使用中无碎球(或碎球很少)、无剥皮。与淬火球相比,由于省去了高温热处理工艺,节省了能源,降低了消耗,具有明显的竞争力。
This article explores the possibility of obtaining high chromium cast iron troostite balls by casting with a metal mold and expounds the selection principle, microstructure and mechanical properties of the chemical constituents of a troostite grinding ball.
