We have experienced a case of angiosarcoma of soft tissue below the left mastoid process with intracranial and lung metastases.In this case,the patient was misdiagnosed as hematoma for nearly one year and was finally diagnosed by the biopsy since symptoms caused by intracranial and pulmonary metastases was complained.An extremely fast increase of nodules and ground-glass opacity in lungs,which has been rarely reported in angiosarcoma,was observed by the rechecked computed tomography.
