  PEG,(poly(ethylene glycol),is the gold standard biocompatible polymer with good water solubility and is classified as Generally Regarded as Safe(GRAS)by the FDA.PEGylation has been as general pattern in the design of drug delivery system,but few reports used the PEG as the main body structure since the good dispersibility of PEG in the water.PEG is well dissolved in water with trans-gauche-trans conformation,and it aggregates with trans-trans-trans conformation in the water when it is heated and on other conditions(1,2).
