针对板状局部精密轮廓零件的成形,提出了切挤复合精整加工方法,并研究了其工艺过程,对变形区进行了力学分析,并通过数值模拟分析,研究了金属流动规律。研究表明:切挤复合精整过程中,金属变形可以用第1变形区、第2变形区和第3变形区等3个变形区来描述;第3变形区是精整过程的核心变形区,其应力应变状态直接影响成形表面是否产生撕裂和成形质量的好坏;精整变形过程可以分为切屑形成阶段、稳定精整阶段和切屑形成阶段,其中稳定精整阶段滑移最明显;凸模圆角提供的压应力抑制了裂纹的生成、提高了制件的表面质量。
Aiming at the forming of plate-shaped partial precision profile parts, a new method of cutting and compounding finishing is put forward. The technological process is studied. The mechanical analysis of deformation zone is carried out. The law of metal flow is studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the metal deformation can be described by three deformation zones: the first deformation zone, the second deformation zone and the third deformation zone. The third deformation zone is the core deformation zone of the finishing process, The stress-strain state has a direct impact on the forming surface tearing and forming quality; Finishing deformation process can be divided into chip formation stage, stable finishing stage and chip formation stage, of which the stable finishing stage the most obvious slip; The compressive stress provided by die fillet suppresses the formation of cracks and improves the surface quality of the part.
