China is an ancient civilized country, its traditional Chinese medicine is based on individual experiences, the morality of traditional medicine has long history of thousands years.Although modern science/technology and its application in medicine began in the middle of 19th Century, the bioethics began in modern China particularly in the last two to three decades.The author briefly introduces the Evolution of Current international Ethical Guideline on Biomedical Research, and its implication in China.Since the Dollys publication and the finish of the Human Ge nome Programme Study, modern science/technology and its application in medicine brings about a moral Pandora Box with its huge positive and negative consequences.China, with its incredible success of economic growth, it be come a huge market for multi-national pharmaceutical companies.And will be the biggest laboratory for biotechnol ogy with its richer genetic resources of plants, animals and human being.
