目的 :研究吸入剂体外模拟实验方法 ,进行有效药物量的测定。方法 :采用自制双层液体碰撞器进行测定 ,第一级接受液为 7ml,第二级 (作用部位 )接受液为 3 0ml,抽吸速度为 60L·min-1。测定结果与国外文献进行比较。结果 :测定结果与国外文献一致 ,吸入剂有效部位药物量与剂型、品种及接受液种类有关。结论 :自制双层液体碰撞器可用于吸入剂的质量监控
Objective: To study inhalation in vitro simulation test methods, the determination of effective drug levels. Methods: The self-made two-layer liquid impactor was used for the determination. The first-stage fluid was 7ml, the second-stage fluid was 30ml, and the aspiration rate was 60L · min-1. The results are compared with foreign literature. Results: The results were consistent with those in foreign literature. The amount of drug in the active site of inhaler was related to dosage form, variety and receiving solution. Conclusion: Self-made double-layer liquid impactors can be used for quality control of inhalers
