  Digital electronics is widely used in daily life especially on demand big data and precision medicine that it is almost impossible to find an electric device that does not make use of digital electronic devices.Contrast by traditional semiconductor electronic digital devices,the molecular information processing is regularly organized in a bottom-up fashion from the molecular to the cellular level and beyond in numerous biological and chemical systems[1].The bottom-up approach would be construct versatile devices for future IT industry with tremendous advance in nanoscience and nanotechnology [2].Herein,we described a computer-on-a molecule by self-assembly as a compact molecular automata with three chemical inputs(pH,Cu2+,GSH)transducing them into three optical outputs(FL,UV,RLS)through a sequence integration of logic operations(Scheme 1).The strategy for the construction of a automata would gave a new perspective in principle on mimic human brain memory and data processing[3].
