　　Objective: To synthesize a polymeric prodrug of cisplatin (CDDP) based on pullulan and assess its effects on human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in vitro and in vivo.Methods: Polymeric prodrug of CDDP-SUPA was synthesized by two steps.Briefly, O-succinyl pullulan (SUPA) was firstly prepared by esterification and then CDDP was conjugated to SUPA to form CDDP-SUPA.The purified CDDP-SUPA was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy.
