目的：食管癌是我国多发的癌症,其五年生存率在10％左右,肿瘤转移是其致死的主因.藤黄属植物中提取的Garcinol 是组蛋白乙酰化抑制剂,有研究报道其在肝癌、结肠癌中可以抑制肿瘤转移(Metastasis),但机理并不明确.本研究将深入研究Garcinol 对食管癌细胞转移的抑制及其作用机制,特别关注其是否能通过调节组蛋白乙酰化而抑制肿瘤细胞转移.方法：本实验使用了两种食管癌细胞,KYSE150
