With more inferior crude oil with high sulfur content and high density processed, the fouling in the crude oil heat exchangers is becoming serious.The study on the fouling in heat exchanger has profound significance to saving energy, improving the energy efficiency and developing of cleaning technology.This paper establishes an apparatus to measuring the crude oil fouling rate.
