Objective: With the increasing of aging population and decline of rheumatic heart disease, aortic valve degeneration (AVD) has been the most frequent indication for aortic valve replacement.But the pathogenesis of AVD remains unclear yet.

目的 探讨严重足部外伤的分期手术治疗方法和疗效。方法 2012年10月至2014年8月收治的8例足部严重开放性损伤，皮肤软组织严重挫裂、缺损，伴足部多发骨折、脱位或骨缺损，早期彻底清创，骨折脱位予复位克氏针固定，予负压封闭引流(VSD)敷料覆盖，软组织条件改善后，再次扩创，更换可靠内固定，并选择不同皮瓣移植修复创面，其中，股前外侧游离皮瓣为7例，带旋髂浅血管的髂骨皮瓣1例。
