Extraction iron from the electric arc furnace dust by using acid impregnation with solvent dissolution enhancement and then preparation iron oxide desulfurizer for coke-oven gas desulfurization using the iron solution were studied.The influences of sulfur acid concentration, reaction time, temperature, the dosage of hydrochloric acid on the iron extraction yield were investigated in the process of the pickle test.It was shown from the results of XRD patterns that the iron oxide crystal of inertia desulfurization was transfered into y-Fe2O3·H2O crystal of higher efficiency desulfurization after conversion.The physical and chemical properties of the desulfurizer were satisfied for the industrial application requirement of the coke-oven gas desulfurization.
