rGO/MoO3水凝胶超级电容器电极材料的制备及性能研究

  将有较高比表面积的片层状MoO3附着在具有三维结构的还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)水凝胶上,有望得到具有较好电化学性能的rGO/MoO3水凝胶。本研究将氧化石墨烯(GO)、片层状MoS2与表面活性剂以一定比例混合,制备出GO/MoS2水凝胶,冷冻干燥后,经热处理得到rGO/MoO3水凝胶材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、交流阻抗法、恒电流充放电等对其结构形貌和电化学性能进行表征。
