目的 观察肠内营养对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)老年患者脂联素(APN)水平的影响.方法 从2006年1月至2013年1月在我院住院期间确诊为MS合并轻中度NAFLD老年患者129例，随机分为肠内营养组(EN)43例，肠外营养组(TPN)43例及正常饮食组(对照)43例，分别给予正常饮食、肠内和肠外营养2个月；监测BMI、TSF、腰臀比、血清APN、FPG、2hBG、HbA1c、ALT、AST、γ
目的 慢加急性肝衰竭是指在慢性肝病(先前诊断或未诊断)基础上,因急性诱因作用,临床表现为黄疸和凝血障碍,4周内并发腹水和(或)肝性脑病。慢加急性肝衰竭伴少动鞘氨醇单胞菌性脑脓肿、肺脓肿患者极为少见。通过本文提高护理人员对该种少见并发疾病的认识,为后续收治此类患者积累丰富的经验。
