Aim To investigate the efficacy and safety of enteral nutrient of short peptides through nasojejunal feeding tube on the pediatric digestive dysfunction and malnutritional status.Methods 30 patients were given with short peptide nutrient solution through the nasogastric feeding tube placed by endoscope and 32 patients were peripherally administered parenteral nutrition.Intestinal and pancreatic function were determined and nutritional serum protein and the complication were detected in both groups.
