我国及我校视光职教现状及发展趋势

  目前我国近100所学校招生视光专业,约60所为职教(高职高专、中专),培养模式主要为医科和工科2种,医科验光配镜操作能力比较薄弱,工科临床视光及眼保健技术比较缺乏,市场需求“医工结合型”眼视光技术人才!据2011年教育部及卫生部等6部委共同调研显示,学生、成人70%存在视力健康问题。需戴镜人数约8亿人,而配镜者约4亿,13万人/1名中职及以上视光人员,眼视光人才需求巨大!根据市场需求,我校与医院眼科及眼镜行业共同创建“医-工结合型”眼视光技术人才培养方案,实施“双证书”制度(毕业证书+职业证书),毕业生既能从事医院眼视光技术工作,又能从事眼镜行业验光配镜业务。

目前我国眼保健从业人员教育呈现多层次各学科多样化发展的趋势。保障各类眼视光教育项目质量以及毕业生晋升途径规范化可能是发展中国特色眼视光事业的重要基础。通过调研澳大利亚眼保健人员教育模式,尤其是眼视光及其他相关学科的学院课程设置、毕业生执业要求及国家立法规范,可以借鉴该国在眼保健领域人力资源发展的经验及优势,从中对于进一步推进我国眼视光教育向多样化规范化发展提供有效启示。
