整合素α9抑制三阴乳腺癌的Warburg效应

【摘 要】

：

目的 研究整合素α 9对三阴乳腺癌Warburg 效应的影响，探索整合素α 9 通过Warburg 效应对三阴乳腺癌转移的影响。方法 用CRSPR/Cas9 方法在三阴乳腺癌细胞株中敲除整合素α 9；通过慢病毒载体将整合素α 9 在敲除后的细胞株重表达；细胞代谢试剂盒检测三阴乳腺癌细胞株的乳酸生成、ATP 生成、葡萄糖摄取；依靠免疫印迹法检测p-PDH、PDH、HIF-1α 水平。
