目的:探索并建立一套切实可行的病区临床药师工作标准操作规程。方法:根据卫生部临床药师制试点工作要求,结合自身实践并对现阶段临床药师的工作模式进行分析总结。结果:临床药师在不断探索和实践中形成一套病区临床药师工作标准操作规程。结论:病区临床药师工作标准操作规程不仅使临床药师在病区能够按程序工作,也可提供临床药师工作量的原始记录,为今后临床药师工作考核提供依据。
Objective: To explore and establish a set of practical working procedure of clinical pharmacists in ward. Methods: According to the requirements of the pilot work of clinical pharmacists in the Ministry of Health, combined with its own practice and analysis of the current clinical pharmacist model. Results: Clinical pharmacists in the continuous exploration and practice of a set of ward clinical pharmacist work standard operating procedures. Conclusion: The standard operating procedures of clinical pharmacists in ward not only enable the clinical pharmacists to work according to procedures in the ward, but also provide the original records of clinical pharmacists workload, which can provide the basis for clinical pharmacists’ work assessment in the future.
