  Objective:Evaluated the speed and accuracy of GPU-based collapsed cone dose calculation.Methods:Ten Head and Neck patients and Ten cervical carcinoma patients were enrolled in this study.For each patient,Dose calculation Speed with SMLC plan and VMAT plan were Compared Based CPU and Nvdia GPU separately.Dose calculation accuracy were also validated using QA tools.Results:The speed of GPU-Based collapsed cone dose calculation was faster.The deviation with measured dose at isocenter is within 3%compared with calculated.,All plans passing rate with relative dose was more than 95%,Under the 3%/3mm standard.So all the test met the clinical requirements.Conclusion:Based Nvdia K5000 graphics,collapsed cone dose calculated algorithm show faster speed and precision result,met the requirement of clinical application.
