Antrodia cinnamomea (Niu-Chang-Chih) is a unique medicinal fungus in Taiwan.It has been used as a traditional prescription for the treatment of liver diseases, intoxication, and hepatoprotection by the aborigines in Taiwan.The A.cinnamomea has been reported to possess potent anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor, and immune-modulation activities.Here, we investigated the in vivo immune-modulation effects of the solid-state fermented mycelium from A.cinnamomea.
