Cleft lip and palate is a common congenital deformity in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Along with the continuing improvement of Chinese economy income,education,living standards and medical technology,more and more parents of cleft lip palate children,whom diagnosis is confirmed by prenatal ultrasound examination,refer to dental hospital for consultation.Thus paying attention to prenatal diagnosis and treatment of cleft lip palate deformity has great significance.This article reviewed prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of cleft lip palate and relevant treatment strategy.
