Two different fucoidans KCW and KCA were extracted from Kjellmaniella crassifolia by cool water and hydrochloric acid.After degradation and desulfation, the desulfated mixtures were analyzed by Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and Electrospray Mass Spectrometry in Tandem with Collision-Induced Dissociation Tandem Mass Spectrometry (ESI-CID-MS/MS).
