In order to isolate motile spermatozoa for artificial reproductive technology without centrifugation,a microfluidic sperm sorter (MFSS) using two laminar flows in the micro-channel has recently been developed.The present study was undertaken to apply MFSS to the dairy cow in vitro fertilization.
