目的:观察多沙唑嗪干预对血清α1-肾上腺素能受体抗体(α1-受体抗体)介导的糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾皮质TGF-β1表达的影响,探讨其在肾皮质病变发生发展中的作用。方法:(1)Wistar大鼠64只,分为DM无α1-受体抗体介导组、DMα1-受体抗体介导组、DMα1-受体抗体介导+可多华干预组以及DM可多华干预组。用链脲佐菌素复制DM模型。(2)α1-受体抗体介导在0、4、8、12、16周鼠尾静脉注射α1-受体抗体,每次以100μg/100g体重注射入鼠体内。(3)葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖。(4)放射免疫法测尿白蛋白。(5)免疫组化法检测肾皮质TGF-β1的表达。
