目的:探讨皮肤滚针配合中药神应养真丹内服及中药外用治疗斑秃的临床疗效.方法:采用多中心随机、对照的临床研究方法,将86例斑秃患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组43例,在滚针局部治疗期间,配合内服神应养真丹及中药洗头治疗.对照组43例,给予米诺地尔搽剂外用,内服及外用中药同治疗组.每组疗程均为1个月,治疗3个月后观察两组临床疗效.结果:治疗后两组间有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:应
