粉煤灰基地质聚合物的制备及耐久性能研究

以粉煤灰提铝后酸性尾渣为主要原料，添加适量的活性氧化铝在微波场环境下制备地质聚合物.以碱激发剂的模数、粉料硅铝比和养护温度为变量，探究地质聚合物的最优强度制备工艺.研究地质聚合物强度、抗酸性、耐水性能以及高温稳定性.研究结果表明：(1)当激发剂模数为1.4～1.6、粉料硅铝比为2：1、养护温度为60℃时，工艺条件最佳，其1d强度可达50MPa；(2)地聚物反应产物为凝胶结构，生成产物的结构较为致密
