扩散过程对甲苯光催化降解的影响

  因室内装修产生的挥发性有机物(VOCs)污染是当前我国城市室内空气污染的主要问题,针对室内空气污染物净化的技术很多,光催化是重要的技术之一,目前国内外主要是直接利用光催化技术或在光催化技术基础上的光催化复合技术.VOCs扩散至催化剂表面是VOCs光催化降解的重要条件,但至今对光催化过程的中可能存在的扩散问题研究很少.本文以自制的TiO2/ACF(二氧化钛/活性炭纤维)为光催化剂,开展了扩散过程对甲苯光催化降解影响的研究,实验结果表明:甲苯在吸附剂载体上的确存在扩散迁移,且迁移量随温度的升高而增加;当下层增加空白TiO2/ACF时,原有催化剂上的甲苯向空白层迁移,甲苯降解变缓,中间产物生成量降低,CO2生成量随之降低.当下层增加与上层吸附等量甲苯的TiO2/ACF时,甲苯的降解速率提高了,同时中间产物及CO2生成量也增加;甲苯的降解速率随催化剂表面吸附的甲苯的浓度的增大而升高.
