溶剂热法制备球形具皱二氧化硅纳米材料

  目前,形貌、结构和孔径可控成为二氧化硅纳米材料制备的挑战之一,含径向放射状有序介孔孔道具皱SiO2 纳米材料作为一种重要的载体材料,具有选择性高、吸附量大、吸附快等特点[1].本文利用溶剂热法成功制备了径向放射状有序介孔孔道具皱二氧化硅纳米球[2].SEM 和TEM 图(Fig.1)可以观察到粒径为250–400 nm 的径向放射状有序介孔孔道结构的单分散具皱纳米球.SAXRD 图(Fig.2a)可以看到一个明显的衍射峰,表明样品的孔道结构存在有序性.低温N2 吸附–脱附测定(Fig.2b)显示,BET 和BJH 方法测得这些纳米球的比表面积为634 m2 g-1,孔容为1.30 cm3 g-1.这种径向放射状有序介孔孔道具皱SiO2 纳米材料在生物载体方面有潜在的应用价值.
