淬火-配分工艺对409L铁素体不锈钢冷轧板显微组织和机械性能的影响

409L铁素体不锈钢冷轧板常规退火后为单一铁素体组织,而淬火一配分后为铁素体、马氏体和残余奥氏体的复相组织.常规退火板内有TiN、TiC和(Fe,Cr)23C6析出。而在淬火-配分板中,除TiN外,析出物总量显著减少,TiC大部分析出于马氏体中,此内还有(Fe,Cr)3C析出。淬火-配分板内残余奥氏体含量受淬火温度和配分时间的影响,因此,这两个工艺参数被优化以获得尽量多的残余奥氏体。在淬火-配分板中,当高温奥氏体晶粒内无孪晶界时,其内生成的残余奥氏体会具有基本一致的晶体学取向;然而当其内有孪晶界时,孪晶界两侧残余的奥氏体晶粒间会保持<111>/60°取向关系;马氏体板条间的残余奥氏体与相邻板条间具有K-S取向关系.与常规退火板相比,淬火-配分板的抗拉强度明显增加,断裂延伸率略有减少,屈服平台消失。淬火-配分板的点蚀电位稍高于常规退火板,这是因为点蚀坑优先形成于常规退火板内有(Fe,Cr)23C6分布的三岔形晶界处。
