采用微孔滤膜的超声筛分法和化学粒度分级法可将钛微合金化控轧钢中的3~100nm的微细粒子分成若干粒度级别,也可将Ti(C,N)相与TiN定量分离。这种方法可用采研究微细相的结构,研究它的成分随粒度的变化以及测定析出强化有效钛量。
The ultrafiltration and chemical particle size fractionation method of microporous membrane can be used to separate fine particles of 3 ~ 100nm in Ti microalloyed controlled rolled steel into several graininess levels. The Ti (C, N) phase and TiN can also be quantitatively separated . This method can be used to study the structure of the fine phase, the study of its composition with the granularity of the change and the determination of precipitated and enhanced effective titanium.
