真空辅助成液体型复合材料桁架接头设计与制造

  通过真空辅助液体成型(VARI)工艺,使用无屈曲经编织物(T700)制备连续纤维复合材料桁架T、K形接头.使用有限元分析模拟软件Abaqus,对T形、K形复合材料桁架接头的尺寸、铺层、工艺体系进行强度分析;并使用Fibersim软件给出合理的织物裁剪方案,目标是在制造复合材料接头过程中避免在大曲率变化异形面上出现纤维屈曲的问题.在模拟的基础上,通过VARI工艺制备T形、K形复合材料桁架接头试验件,并测试试验件纤维体积含量.实验结果表明,复合材料桁架接头的纤维体积分数达58.3%,接头整体外观良好.
