本文探讨桑白皮水煎液及各化学拆分组分对肾病综合征大鼠的改善作用.采用阿霉素(6.5 mg·kg-1)一次性尾静脉注射造成大鼠肾病综合征模型，造模后第7 天开始给药，连续给药21天.分别在造模后、14 天、21 和28 天留取尿液，检测大鼠尿量及24h尿蛋白.实验结束后，检测大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和肾脏指数等指标，筛选出桑白皮水
