Increasing researches have been conducted in assessing uncertainty in hydrological prediction, but few studies have incorporated prediction and measurement uncertainty in model evaluation. In this study, two new approaches, in terms of Cumulative Distribution Function Approach (CDFA) and Monte Carlo Approach (MCA), were developed by incorporating both prediction and measurement uncertainty.
