经皮肾镜处理髓质海绵肾合并结石的五年回顾

【摘 要】

：

目的 报道采用经皮肾镜(PCN)处理髓质海绵肾合并结石的经验,探讨手术适应症的选择.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2012年12月在我院治疗的所有髓质海绵肾合并结石的患者资料,术前影像学诊断为髓质海绵肾合并肾结石,应用CT结石三维重建技术计算结石体积,术中采用B超引导下标准通道经皮肾镜治疗结石.
