  With the swift development of technologies,more and more micro devices such as portable,wearable and implantable electronics are utilized in daily life.These devices require quite low power to operate,which offers chance and at the same time challenge for energy harvesting system.This is because energy harvesting can be potential to realize the self-power operation for the microelectronics.Harnessing kinetic energy from ambient vibrations to generate electricity has attracted considerable attention in recent years.Because searching for clean and renewable energy from surroundings is always of significance and becomes a major element to the sustainable development.
