目的:探讨对语言发育迟缓儿童进行语言训练的具体方法。方法:根据每个孩子的语言评价结果,有针对性地制定长期目标、短期目标、方法、项目和内容,并以此为出发点进行训练。结果:训练1~2周后,孩子会讲的字、词比原来增多;训练4~5周后,孩子主动发音增多,看到认识的图片或实物能主动说出;坚持训练3个月以上,经Gesell测试可达到或接近同龄孩子水平的占85.71%。结论:根据不同类型的孩子定出各自的训练方案,并取得家长的积极配合,对语言发育迟缓孩子语言能力的提高有较理想的促进作用。
Objective: To explore the specific methods of language training for children with language stunting. Methods: According to each child’s language evaluation results, targeted long-term goals, short-term goals, methods, projects and content, and as a starting point for training. Results: After 1 to 2 weeks of training, the words and words that the children would speak increased more than those of the original ones. After 4 to 5 weeks of training, the children increased their active pronunciation and saw the picture or object they knew. They persisted in training for more than 3 months 85.71% of the children who reached or were close to their peers by Gesell test. Conclusion: According to different types of children to develop their own training programs and parents to obtain the active cooperation, language ability of children with speech retardation to enhance the role of an ideal to promote.
