This paper reports the design, fabrication, and test of a novel inverted Y-shaped Selection micro-valve.In the design of the valve, flow stream from the input channel was controlled to flow selectively into two different output channels simply by changing the rotational direction of the lab-on-cd platform.No other external force was required.In its heart, there is a Y-shaped microfluidic conduit, with one input and two output channels.It is well known that a flow jet has a tendency to stay attached to a convex surface.
