目的研究纤维素酶与果胶酶在沙枣黄酮提取中的应用。方法提取采用正交设计法,以纤维素酶与果胶酶用量比、酶解温度、酶解pH及酶解时间为因素,每个因素3个水平进行正交设计,用紫外分光光度法测定黄酮。结果当纤维素酶与果胶酶用量比为1:4、酶解pH值为4.5、酶解温度为50℃、酶解时间为2h时效果最好。结论与普通的超声辅助提取相比,纤维素酶与果胶酶辅助提取法提取率有明显提高。
Objective To study the application of cellulase and pectinase in the extraction of flavonoids from jujube. Orthogonal design method was used to extract the cellulose and pectinase dosage ratio, enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis pH and enzymolysis time as factors, each factor was orthogonal design of three levels, determined by UV spectrophotometry Flavonoids. Results When the ratio of cellulase and pectinase was 1: 4, the pH was 4.5, the temperature was 50 ℃ and the enzymolysis time was 2h. Conclusion Compared with the common ultrasound-assisted extraction, the extraction rate of cellulase and pectinase-assisted extraction was significantly improved.
