我国江河治理起源于围垦洪泛平原,与洪水争夺蓄泄空间。为了保持人与河流的和谐发展.必须根据生态与环境的实际情况,合理地确定每条河流的开发利用方式。笔者按照我国的国情和治河经验,倡议结合河流防洪、整治和城市水景观建设等工程项目, 综合开展河流生态恢复建设,并就城市河道生态治理提出了若干设计思路。 China’s river management originated in the reclamation flood plains, and flood fighting for storage space. In order to maintain the harmonious development of man and river, we must rationally determine the ways of exploitation and utilization of each river according to the actual conditions of ecology and environment. According to China’s national conditions and experience in river control, the author proposes to combine the project of flood control, renovation and urban water landscape construction with the project of ecological rehabilitation of rivers and put forward some design ideas for the ecological management of urban river.
