胡锦涛同志在十八大报告中提出要大力推进生态文明建设,着力推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展等。碳排放可视化战略既是提高生产者消费者低碳意识的举措,又是提升低碳经济下企业国际竞争力的助推器。但较之单一产品,国际粮食贸易过程中的碳排放可视化的实施面临更多的困难,要靠法律法规的不断完善、企业碳减排能力的提高以及消费者的消费驱动来突破制约的瓶颈。
Comrade Hu Jintao put forward at the 18th National Congress of the CPC that he must vigorously promote the building of ecological civilization and strive to promote green development, recycling development and low-carbon development. Carbon emission visualization strategy is not only a measure to raise awareness of low-carbon producers and consumers, but also enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises in the low-carbon economy booster. However, compared with a single product, the implementation of the visualization of the carbon emissions in the international grain trade faces more difficulties. It depends on the constant improvement of laws and regulations, the improvement of the enterprise’s ability to reduce carbon emissions, and the consumption-driven consumption of consumers to break through the bottleneck of the restriction.
