The aim of this introduction was to study metals accumulation in Medaka.The investigation included:(a)some research before on health risk in smelting district;(b)metals concentration in the tissue of Medaka fish;(c)the effect of metals to early life stage of Medaka fish and precision detection of tissue,cell,gene,and organellar alterations.
