　　In this paper we presented an iterative method to find the optimal approximation solution for a given matrix of the marx equations A1X + XB1 =C1,A2X + XB2 =C2.If a special initial matrix is chosen,the optimal approximation solution can be obtained.Finally an example is given to illustrate the efficiency of this iterative method.
