A mixing precipitation precursors were prepared by one-step co-precipitation method in mixed solution contained Li+,Co2+, Ni2+ and Mn2+ ions using (NH4)2CO3 as precipitant.After being dried and ground, the precursors were sintered under different sintering temperatures (700~1000℃) and di fferent sintering times (6~24 h), and then LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 powders were obtained.The microstructures and electrochemical properties of the as-prepared powders were examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and cyclic voltammetry (CV).The results show that the obtained LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 powders are pure α-NaFeO2 layered structure; the powders are uniform and exhibit excellent discharge specific capacitance.The obtained optimal sintering temperature is 800~900℃ and the feasible sintering time Is about 12 h.After sintered under the optimal sintering conditions, the obtained LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 powder exhi bits the optimum electrochemical performance.And the specific capacitance of the LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 powders can reach 399.46 F·g-1 within potential range of (0-1.4) V at ascanning rate of 5 mv· s-1 in 1 mol· L-1 Li2SO4 solution.
