A simple and quick testing method of trace level Cr(Ⅵ) speciation analysis by HPLC-ICPMS was established.Using the special column and mobile phase in a "Water Only" KIT,matrix interference in toy material can be effectively separated from Cr (Ⅵ).Under dynamic reaction cell (DRC) mode of ICPMS to detect Cr52,with injection volume of 150μL,the instrument detection limit(IDL) of Cr (Ⅵ) is 0.0018μg/L,and the method detection limit(MDL) is O.1μg/kg.The recovery is 88.2%~106.2% while spiking 0.1/0.4/1 μg/L in the migration solution of toy material samples.The method precision is 1.61 %.It fully covers Category Ⅰ/Ⅱ/Ⅲ of toy material in EN71-3:2013.Wide range toy materials samples (including coating,finger paint,ink,aluminum paste,etc.) were tested by this method and get satisfactory results.
