TNFα对膀胱癌细胞株NF-κB信号通路分子表达及细胞增殖水平的影响

【摘要】

：

目的：研究肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)诱导下,膀胱癌细胞中NF-κB通路分子的表达变化及其对细胞增殖水平的影响。方法：50 ng/ml TNF-α分别处理T24、5637膀胱癌细胞株,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测TNFα处理后膀胱癌T24、5637细胞株NF-κB信号通路中RelA、RelB基因表达的改变,CCK-8 (cell counting kit-8)法检测处理后细胞增殖活性的变化情况。

RSP01/LGR5途径对宫颈癌细胞的促增殖作用及其临床意义
