Grain boundaries (GBs) are one type of inevitable line defects in chemical vapor deposition fabricated graphene.Using density functional theory, atomic structures, thermodynamic stabilities, mechanical and electronic properties of 40 grain boundaries with symmetric and nonsymmetric structures were investigated [1-3].
