本文以德国哲学社会学家哈贝马斯的相关理论作为分析工具,从认识论的高度来解读德语1996~2006年正字法改革的历程及历史经验,简述德语正字法改革的历程及争议,阐释哈贝马斯理论体系中的公共领域、合法性危机、对话及语言意识形态之争等概念,分析德国正字法改革争议的本质。总体来看,文字改革或语言规划的阻力及争议是一场意识形态之争,它是由参与各方因缺少公共领域的对话缓解合法性危机而引起的。这种理解可以对我国的语言规范化工作有所启示。
Based on the theory of Habermas, a German philosopher of philosophy, this article analyzes the history and historical experience of German orthographic law reform from 1996 to 2006 from the perspective of epistemology, and briefly describes the history and controversy of German orthography law reform. Habermas’s theory of public sphere in the theoretical system, the crisis of legitimacy, dialogue and language ideological controversy concepts such as analysis of the nature of German orthodox law reform controversy. In general, the resistance and controversy in the text reform or language planning is an ideological struggle caused by parties involved in alleviating the crisis of legitimacy due to lack of dialogue in the public domain. This kind of understanding can enlighten our country’s language standardization work.
