三峡右岸电站水轮机调速器,是由哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司引进美国GE公司的水电机组控制技术,消化吸收后设计生产的巨型水轮机组数字式双比例伺服阀系统电液调速器,其电气控制部分采用美国GE公司的PLC为核心,构建了MicroNetTMTMR冗余控制系统,以可视化、模块化的GAP程序语言实现复杂高效的实时运算和逻辑控制,是首次在700MW巨型水轮机组上投产运营的国产化调速器。文中主要从其电气控制部分的结构特点及控制程序功能两方面进行了分析探讨。
