:Wheat grain number per spike is one way to determine grain yields. However, the mechanisms underlying the grain number per spike remain largely unknown. To further demonstrate the wheat floral development molecular mechanism and provide excellent gene resources for wheat genetic resources, a unique wheat genetic resource, multi-gynoecium wheat, was used in this study.
